CreativeRace wins trio of eCRM projects
Leading independent marketing agency, CreativeRace, won a significant amount of new business within the eCRM sector during Q3 – demonstrating the agency’s digital capabilities.
CreativeRace has recently won work for leading brands Nexus, Eukanuba and Vitality. Email marketing and automation is one of the agency’s specialisms, this newly acquired work adding to the portfolio of previous high-profile eCRM clients that include Hermes, Halfords, Travelodge and Virgin.
EUKANUBA
Premium pet food brand, Eukanuba, awarded CreativeRace with developing and executing all UK eCRM activity.
CreativeRace developed a monthly, age-driven email programme, alongside Eukanuba’s partnership with the UK Kennel Club, to provide new owners with specifically targeted, relevant messages personalised to their specific stage in the pet owner’s journey, demonstrating Eukanuba’s lifelong nutrition promise. Since launch, the programme has consistently achieved results well above industry standards.
VITALITY
CreativeRace has worked with Vitality since 2015, and recently acquired two new eCRM briefs, a project based on member surveys, and a new member ‘onboarding’ programme.
Both projects required CreativeRace to work in conjunction with Vitality’s in-house teams and technology partners, to help define and create a cohesive automation journey.
NEXUS VEHICLE RENTAL
Nexus is the most recent win, with CreativeRace currently in the development phase of a 12-month eCRM programme that aims to target new, and prospect, customers. This began with a strategic data project that spilt the database into target groups, ensuring that email messaging is tailored, and relevant, to each.
David Brennan, CEO at Nexus Vehicle Rental, said: “We commissioned CreativeRace to support our objective of growing our customer base and targeting new prospects as it stood out as one of the most personable and engaging agencies in its sector.
“CreativeRace has since enhanced Nexus’ eCRM system through the implementation of creative campaign concepts over a twelve-month journey and we are looking forward to seeing the results.”
The strong success of these projects consolidates CreativeRace’s strong digital offering, following-on from the rebrand of the agency on the 1st September.
Speaking about the eCRM projects, CreativeRace’s Digital Director, Liisa Suidt, says: “The eCRM projects that we’ve been recently awarded are a credit to the skills of our digital team. We’ve invested in this area throughout 2016, which really bolstered the offering, the success of this demonstrated in the outstanding results already seen this year”.
