Nursery business to create 20 jobs at ‘outstanding’ facility in Swinton

A nursery business with space for up to 50 youngsters has launched near Salford.

Little Footprints, located on Little Moss Lane in Swinton, is expecting to create 20 jobs once it reaches capacity.

Opened with undisclosed funding from Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), the nursery will offer childcare for kids aged between six weeks and four years.

Jayne Mallett, who has over 20 years’ experience working with young children, is appointed as manager of Little Footprints.

Nursery owner Asma Deen said: “We are thrilled that the new nursery is now open and are looking forward to welcoming children and their families to have a look at the facilities we have created.

“We have invested a great deal into the development of the nursery and I know that we have created somewhere that both children and parents will love.”

Asma added: “The nursery has been carefully planned, ensuring that the setting provides children with a stimulating yet nurturing environment, and is filled with fun and educational resources.”

RBS business relationship manager Michele Fynan commented: “I am pleased that we have been able to support Shahed and Asma with the opening and development of Little Footprints.

“They have created an outstanding facility which will help to provide more choice to families in the area looking for childcare.”
