Tindall Perry strengthens Finance brand with new hire
Independent recruitment specialist Tindall Perry Partnership has appointed Daniel Simmonite to head up its rapidly growing finance division.
Daniel joins from Robert Walters, where he spent 10 years managing permanent and interim teams across the accountancy and finance sector. He has considerable experience in recruiting across blue chip and SME clients across the North of England and overseas.
In his new role, Daniel will be responsible for the continued growth of the Tindall Perry Finance brand, as well as expanding the existing team. In particular, Daniel will focus on the placement of senior finance professionals across the UK, ranging from newly qualified accountants to Finance Controllers.
In addition, Cath Priestley joins the firm as candidate manager to further strengthen the firm’s Finance brand. Cath is an experienced recruiter with expertise in assignments from senior to part-qualified finance roles. Karen Smith also joins as marketing and projects manager to boost Tindall Perry’s marketing offering.
This is the latest in a series of senior appointments at the Manchester-based firm, following the recruitment of Michael Avis as director in its Executive brand earlier this year.
Tindall Perry is a leading boutique recruitment agency with two distinct brands. The firm’s Executive Search & Selection brand specialises in the placement of exceptional boardroom talent, while its Finance brand focuses solely on finance accounting staff.
Leyla Tindall, Managing Director at Tindall Perry Partnership, said: “The knowledge, expertise and experience that Daniel brings to the firm will further strengthen our Finance brand and reinforce our position within the recruitment industry. The success of our business is based on the quality of our people, which in turn allows us to provide the best candidates for our clients. Daniel will play an integral role in developing our expertise across the business and will support us as we continue to grow our team, our offering and market share.
“It is extremely pleasing that the team continues to grow with high quality and experienced people to drive us towards achieving our business objectives in the coming years.”
