Deputy mayor opens Taylor&Emmet's Dronfield office
Dronfield’s deputy mayor, Councillor Richard Welton, has hailed the investment made by Taylor&Emmet LLP in new office accommodation as “just what the town needs.”
Councillor Welton officially opened the Sheffield solicitors’ new premises in Dronfield last week, which are four times the size of its former office.
A decade after launching its services in the town, Taylor&Emmet is not only increasing its floor space, but also the advice it offers to residents. It is introducing the first dedicated family law specialist to be based locally, plus additional conveyancing and probate teams.
Sarah Gaunt, head of Taylor&Emmet’s Dronfield office, said: “The boxes are unpacked and we are finally open for business in our new location. We would like to thank Councillor Welton and all of the friends, colleagues and professional partners who helped us celebrate this milestone in our development. We now look forward to welcoming clients and providing expert advice on an even wider range of issues.”
Taylor&Emmet’s investment in Dronfield has been driven by public demand and its growing desire to provide North East Derbyshire with convenient access to a full range of personal and business legal services.
Deputy mayor, Councillor Richard Welton, added: “After the loss of high street names, such as HSBC and NatWest from Dronfield, inward investment from a firm as highly regarded as Taylor&Emmet is proof we can support professional services locally. It was an honour to conduct the opening ceremony and I wish the team every success in this next phase of its development.”
Taylor&Emmet’s new Dronfield office is located at 61b Sheffield Road, Dronfield (behind Little Italy). For more information, telephone (0114) 218 4000, visit www.tayloremmet.co.uk or follow the firm on Twitter, @tayloremmet.
