Legal Recruiter Sees Turnover Soar

Specialist legal recruitment consultancy Realm Recruit has enjoyed a stellar 2017, with annual turnover already up by 100% on the entirety of last year.

Since its inception at the end of 2015, Realm Recruit has experienced accelerated growth, built a loyal client base and firmly established itself within a competitive and crowded sector.

This year’s results come in the wake of Realm’s continuing expansion. In recent months, the firm has made two new appointments and launched a dedicated legal support staff division, which will supply law firms with talented legal secretaries, assistants and accounts staff.

Realm’s new recruits, Paula Pawlowska and Joss Holt are both joining the business’ team of Legal Recruitment Consultants.

Paula will be recruiting for private client-facing and property-related legal roles across the West-Midlands, whilst Joss has been taken on as the inaugural member of Realm’s newly established support staff department.

Realm’s director, Duane Cormell, comments on the firm’s performance and continuing growth:
