Cannock offers greetings to independent card business
A new small business has opened at a popular shopping destination in Cannock.
Greetings From The Heart opened this month in the centre of Cannock at High Green Court.
The greetings card shop is an independent business run and managed by owner Mandy Scrivens who was attracted to the town for its “buzz”. It is the first of a few small businesses which will be launching at the retail complex over the coming months.
Current businesses include a barber, a florist, a café, bars and restaurants, as well as commercial offices and residential apartments.
Mandy Scrivens, owner of Greetings from the Heart, said: “After working long hours in market research I decided it was time to open my own business and High Green Court seemed like the perfect location.
“I enjoy coming to work here every day, Cannock has a real buzz around it. I get a sense of community, comfort, security and everyone has been really friendly and welcoming.
“I was extremely happy with my first week, business was thriving and now I’m ready to build relationships with my customers.”
Chris Salmon of High Green Court said: “The emphasis on retail in Cannock has continued to grow and High Green Court has seen an increase in footfall in recent months.
“It is an exciting time for the town and we welcome all entrepreneurs to enquire about starting a business in a unit at High Green Court.”
High Green Court also offers secure, convenient and affordable car parking seven days a week.
