Persimmon expands its presence in Gloucestershire
A leading UK housebuilder is set to deliver 87 new properties in the popular Coopers Edge development in Brockworth.
Persimmon Homes Severn Valley has launched its Nuthill Green development within the existing Coopers Edge community. Dozens of prospective buyers have already expressed an interest in the properties.
Carly Spear, head of sales at Severn Valley, said: “Whenever we announce a new development in Brockworth we expect a lot of enquiries as the location is always popular with buyers.
“Nuthill Green certainly seems to be following that trend, given the number of people asking to be kept informed of progress.
“The development is in a fantastic location, with easy access to the M5 – great for city commutes.”
Nestled conveniently between Gloucester and Cheltenham, the development will offer an excellent range of three and four-bedroom homes, ideal for first time buyers, downsizers, families and investors.
Buyers interested in registering their details can do so at the Persimmon Homes website. Carly added: “Buying a home off plan, before even a brick has been laid, is often the best way to get the perfect property.
“People getting in early can snap up the pick of the plots as they are released for sale and are usually able to tailor their home to their own taste by specifying their choice of fixtures and fittings.
“And of course, those choosing a new build home are able to access the Government-backed Help to Buy scheme, meaning they only need a five per cent deposit to secure the home of their dreams.”
