Fastrack Flooring returns to North East roots

After branching out nationwide, industrial flooring merchant Fastrack Flooring has returned to its Northumberland roots by opening a new head office at Blyth Riverside Business Park.

Originally from Cramlington, the firm provides flooring for properties from offices, factories and warehouses to hospitals and kitchens.

Now working with clients from as far as Belgium, Norway and Paris, the company has decided to merge all of its offices into one.

Fastrack says the move back to Northumberland follows a growing need for a larger storage space and paid tribute to Arch Commercial, the body which runs Blyth Riverside

Alan Rutherford, Managing Director of Fastrack Flooring, said: “Arch have been really helpful and efficient in sorting out any queries that we have had with our new unit.

“We were keen to get back to our roots in Northumberland, where the company initially started out. It’s a fantastic location, with plenty of parking and we have been able to adapt the building to create office space as well as a storage facility.”

Arch own and manage a commercial and industrial portfolio of over 1.8 million sq ft and this continues to expand as the business grows further through acquisition and development. The portfolio consists of industrial workshop and warehouse units, office buildings, suites, business parks and managed workspace. Property sizes range from 200 sq ft to 45,000 sq ft.
