German-owned supplier of nuclear ductwork to establish 10,000 sq ft Bury warehouse
Nuclear ductwork and ventilation supplier Hargreaves Ductwork Limited is establishing a warehouse in Bury.
The company leased a 10,282 sq ft unit at J2 Business Park that it will use as storage space for finished goods.
Commercial property firm Nolan Redshaw secured the deal on behalf of Lancashire-based building company B&E Boys.
Hargreaves is part of German engineering and construction business M&W Group.
Nolan Redshaw director Paul Nolan commented: “There has been a flurry of recent deals at J2 Business Park and shortly we expect to be putting up the fully let signs soon.
“Unit 6 is still available, which amounts to 7,979 sq ft and which is a high bay warehouse.”
He added: “All other units on the site are under offer or let.”
Speaking further, Paul said he believes the Hargreaves deal is indicative of “the strength of the industrial market in Bury”.
