Charles Church announces last remaining homes at Swindon site
A prestigious housebuilder is urging buyers to act fast to snap up one of its nine remaining homes in northern Swindon.
Regional builder Charles Church Wessex has been delighted with the success of St Andrews Ridge since it launched earlier this year as people rushed to snap up a range of three, four and five-bedroom homes.
As well as boasting a fantastic location, the properties also offer spacious living suitable for growing families, couples and downsizers.
Pauline Fletcher, sales and marketing director at Charles Church Wessex, said: “We believe St Andrews Ridge is popular because it offers the best of both worlds, with ideal commuter links via the A419 and M4 and excellent range of shopping, educational and leisure facilities whilst also having a semi-rural location with fabulous views across open countryside.
“With only nine homes left for sale, we would urge people to act quickly if they want to live here. There are several schemes available to make buying a home really simple.” Part Exchange is available at this development. With the scheme, buyers could find themselves moving into their dream home in just a matter of weeks.
Pauline added: “If you are eligible for Part Exchange, we arrange at least two valuations, agree a market price and buy your existing property and really take the stress out of moving.
“The Government-backed Help to Buy scheme is also proving popular as only a 5% deposit is needed along with a 75% mortgage. The rest is made up with a 20% equity loan, which is interest and repayment free for the first five years.
“Other schemes include Home Change, which can be used in conjunction with Help to Buy, where we market the home for you and pay your estate agent fees.”
