This ethos is immediately apparent when you visit their new HQ. Gone is the barista-made coffee, the bespoke Italian furniture and the posters advertising high-profile speaker events; all in an effort to reduce overheads and translate the savings into far lower monthly fees for its members. Sam explains what the workspace offers:

“Fundamentally, we take people from different business backgrounds and provide them with their own desk in a big open-plan space. We focus on comfortable, minimalist, clean decor. We offer everything that they need on a flexible monthly contract, but there’s no bikram yoga or office dog.“
