Oil and gas industry firm to establish 22,000 sq ft operation at Birchwood Park

A provider of sealing services for the oil and gas industry has secured the last remaining warehouse at Cavendish Avenue, Birchwood Park.

BiSN’s new Warrington base, 713 Cavendish Avenue, is a 22,000 sq ft industrial unit with 2,000 sq ft of office space.

The move from sites in Runcorn and Atherton will give the firm Enterprise Zone status, enabling it to take advantage of the benefits available to businesses occupying the Cheshire Science Corridor Enterprise Zone.

Emma Carter, UK operations manager for BiSN, said: “Our new UK headquarters provide the ideal setting for us to show clients our unique downhole technology.

“The strategic location and combination of office and manufacturing space will allow us to continue our ground-breaking alloy development, whilst also improving product availability and customer service for our clients operating across the Eastern Hemisphere.”

Cavendish Avenue is now fully let. Other companies at the scheme include global medical diagnostics business Werfen and flooring firm Bathgate Flooring.

Birchwood Park commercial director Martin O’Rourke commented: “Cavendish Avenue was built in response to the growing demand from SMEs for bespoke space in the North West.

“The unique combination of office and warehouse space in a business park setting has generated strong interest, and we are extremely pleased to now have a full house!”

He continued: “I would like to take this opportunity to welcome BiSN to our thriving business community. We are pleased to see yet another international business join us on the park and look forward to seeing BiSN take advantage of the many opportunities for growth here.”

Agents JLL and B8 Real Estate represented Birchwood Park in the deal.
