WIGAN HOUSE HUNTERS SNAP UP ADVICE AT SHOWHOME LAUNCH

House hunters in Wigan were invited to attend the opening of Countryside’s highly anticipated Hamilton Square show village last weekend in Atherton, where house prices start at £179,950.

The event, which was open to all members of the public, allowed potential buyers to enjoy a first look at the new Gloucester Street showhomes whilst taking the opportunity to speak with an Independent Financial Advisor.

Unveiled at the launch were two three-bedroom showhomes that have been beautifully decorated to compliment the open-plan spaces in each. The New Stamford is a link-detached home set across three storeys and boasts a private master suite on the top floor, including a large dressing area and ensuite. Whilst the Ashwell is a link -detached, light and airy home that showcases three good-sized bedrooms, the master with an ensuite bathroom.

Potential buyers were also provided with information on the buying initiatives that could help them secure a new home, such as the Government’s Help to Buy scheme, which allows buyers to purchase a home with just a 5% deposit.
