Dympna Wilson appointed to director at Frontline Consultancy

Dympna Wilson has been promoted to director of core services at Cheshire-based Frontline Consultancy. The appointment follows a two-year stint at the company, during which time she has taken on a number of senior roles across the business including; SAP project manager, head of project management and head of core services.

Frontline Consultancy specialises in ERP solutions and managed IT services and is a SAP Gold Partner and a Sage X3 Accredited Partner, with more than 25 years’ experience. Prior to joining Frontline, Wilson was a client for nearly two decades and, before that, was a driving force behind the UK’s first healthcare cloud in her role as head of service delivery at the NHS.

Caine Fearn, managing director at Frontline Consultancy, said: “Dympna has excellent industry experience and brings a wealth of knowledge to Frontline. Having been on the client-side, she is very suited to helping to grow our business in her new role and will be able to offer clients the highest calibre service.”

Dympna added: “Having worked with Frontline directly, when I joined the company in August 2015, I knew how established and well respected it is in the industry and since then we’ve gone from strength to strength. I have always been impressed by the informal but professional relationships we maintain with customers, allowing a solid working relationship. I’m very pleased to be accepting a role of director, particularly during what is a very exciting period for us, with multiple new client wins.”
