Festive pop-up bar coming to Manchester’s New Bailey scheme
A festive pop-up bar is coming to Manchester’s New Bailey scheme next month.
The development is teaming up with restaurant Menagerie and vodka brand Cîroc to launch the outdoor venue.
Opening on December 1, Cîroc Around the Christmas Tree will offer Cîroc Christmas cocktails and hot food, with a team from Menagerie serving French toast from the bar’s chalet.
Alongside the toasted treats, local street food operators will feature throughout the month to serve hot food for the lunch and early evening crowds.
Karina Jadhav, who established Menagerie last year, said: “We’re delighted to be working with Cîroc at New Bailey this winter.
“We’re hoping the pop-up will bring a bit of Menagerie magic and get people in the festive spirit for their Christmas shopping, celebrations or just for a quick tipple after work.”
New Bailey is owned by English Cities Fund (ECf), a joint venture between Muse Developments, Legal & General and the Homes & Communities Agency.
Phil Mayall, development director at ECf, commented: “Cîroc Around the Christmas Tree will be a great addition to New Bailey this winter.
“With so many people living and working in the area, and Christmas party season in full swing, we’re expecting this to be a huge success.”
Cîroc Around the Christmas Tree will be open every day from December 1 until New Year’s Eve.
