Guidant Group crowned best RPO for third consecutive year

International managed services and recruitment process outsourcing company, Guidant Group, has been recognised by the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) as the best organisation in its class for the third consecutive year.

The firm is celebrating beating off stiff competition to take home the APSCo Award for Excellence in the category of RPO/MSP of the Year, after judges were impressed by the company’s commitment to ethical practice, demonstrable operational excellence and superior supply-chain engagement strategies.

Guidant Group which employs over 250 people in the UK and is also part of Impellam - the UK’s second largest staffing business, also took home the APSCo Award in the same category in 2015 and 2016. The latest win follows a string of accolades the company has celebrated over the past 12 months including the Investors in People Platinum accreditation and making the Sunday Times list of the Best 100 Companies to Work For.
