Four new businesses coming to Liverpool’s Stonebridge Business Park

Four businesses have snapped up space at the 30-acre Stonebridge Business Park in Liverpool.

Kitchen and bathroom manufacturer Optima Bathrooms took a five-year lease on the scheme’s 3,350 sq ft Unit 6.

Units 18 and 16, each totaling 2,500 sq ft, have been let to print company Silverfinger Print Ltd and electrical wholesaler Northern Switchgear Ltd respectively, both on five-year leases.

Tammany UK Ltd, meanwhile, secured the 2,500 sq ft Unit 26 on a three-year lease.

St. Modwen, the company behind the scheme, said the deals mean just one unit remains available.

In addition to attracting new occupiers, the developer also signed existing tenant Proflo Engineering Ltd for a further five years, renewing its tenancy at Unit 2.

St. Modwen development manager David Nuttall said: “We are extremely pleased with the level of occupier interest at Stonebridge East so far, demonstrating there is a demand for high quality industrial accommodation in the area.

“We look forward to welcoming Optima Bathrooms, Silverfinger Print Ltd, Northern Switchgear Ltd and Tammany UK Ltd.”

He added: “These latest additions indicate St. Modwen’s continued commitment to bringing new business to this popular and well-connected business park.”

Elsewhere, St. Modwen has completed the development of an additional 63,657 sq ft of warehouse accommodation across four detached units at Stonebridge – a project forecast to create up to 160 jobs.

A £450k pre-sale deal on one of the units was signed with fruit and vegetable supplier Almond Catering Supplies in May.

Property firms Knight Frank and GVA are agents for St. Modwen at Stonebridge.
