Cosmetic weight loss programme launched by local business woman delivers rapid results
Revolutionary weight loss programme, SkinnyJab™, the pioneering brand within parent company SlimCare Medical Ltd, has opened its eighth clinic in as many months. Founded by 48-year old Caroline Balazs, SkinnyJab™ launched in March this year, and has since grown to 13 members of staff, who’ve successfully treated 1,000 customers in the last three months alone.
Scientifically backed, the SkinnyJab™ programme works by controlling appetite, curbing hunger and reducing cravings for sweet and fatty foods. When coupled with a healthy lifestyle, results have been rapid and significant, with an average weight loss of 13.4lbs in just three weeks.
With a unique aftercare programme, SkinnyJab™ is able to offer a 24/7 out-of-hours service with clinicians available for advice seven days a week.
Its newest clinic has opened at Manchester Airport, and means SkinnyJab™ can now be offered throughout Greater Manchester and beyond.
Caroline commented: “The launch of our eighth clinic highlights the demand for an effective aid to weight loss that complements our busy lives. My ambition is to meet this demand nationally and internationally, with additional clinics and experts to deliver the SkinnyJab programme, safely and effectively.
“To see SkinnyJab working for my customers and see their lives transforming for the better, has been one of my greatest achievements. I am excited to continue helping people with their weight loss journeys.” After obtaining a degree in nursing, a post-graduate degree in psychology and an advanced diploma in aesthetic medicine, Caroline opened her own aesthetics business in 2003. The single mum of two, and grandmother of one, balances motherhood with her passion and drive to help others achieve a healthier lifestyle, going on to study a Master’s degree in advanced clinical practice and obtaining her prescribing qualification.
Alongside her strive to excel academically, Chester-born Balazs has personal experiences which underpin her work. After contracting glandular fever at just 18 resulting in a damaged liver, spleen and digestive system, Balazs endured a long road to recovery. With limited help on hand, her interest in gastrointestinal health issues grew. Battling her own weight problems and realising others were in the same situation, she discovered a group of accredited drugs used for weight loss and when trialled alongside a healthy diet plan, resulted in dramatic weight loss outcomes – and so SkinnyJab™ was born.
Building on the immediate success of SkinnyJab™, over the next 12 months, Caroline plans to continue the rapid growth of the brand with further clinic openings, international expansion and developments into fertility weight loss support and diet plans.
