New business park set to launch at Doncaster Sheffield Airport next month
A new business park at Doncaster Sheffield Airport is due to be completed in January.
The new park will help meet the growing demand for industrial and warehouse units close to the airport.
PPH Commercial has been appointed joint agents for the Skypark development, which comprises 10 units in three blocks. The units will provide space from 3,430 sq ft to 44,000 sq ft.
Ian Brooks, director at the Doncaster office of PPH Commercial, said: “The area around the airport has benefited greatly from the opening of phase 1 of the Great Yorkshire Way.
“This has provided fast access from Junction 3 of the M18, and in recent months there has been strong demand for industrial units in the area. This is creating a shortage that the Skypark development will help to address.”
Located on a site close to the main car park at the front of the terminal building, Skypark will feature units with open layouts and front office areas built around a large central yard area with ample car parking.
PPH Commercial are joint agents for Skypark with Commercial Property Partners.
