Tottenham Hotspur releases a new online venture for White Hart Lane fans
Tottenham Hotspur has unveiled a new web experience that allows fans to explore their historic White Hart Lane stadium in full 360 degrees.
Produced by the club’s digital agency, Seven League, as part of its digital acceleration, and created with leading technical innovators, Animal Vegetable Mineral (AVM), The Lane 360 lets fans navigate the since-closed, dismantled ground and go into the former stadium.
The Lane 360 provides access to a mixture of familiar stands, rooms, concourses and areas rarely accessible to fans.
The inner workings of The Lane that fans can view include the home dressing room immediately after a victory, the commentary positions high in the rafters and manager Mauricio Pochettino preparing for a match in his office.
Through a combination of 360 match footage, archive photography and video memories from fans, legends and the current squad, The Lane 360 archives a unique atmosphere of a popular sports stadium, becoming the only remaining way to ‘revisit’ White Hart Lane.
Every element of a matchday is recreated with users even able to access the security hub and press conference room directly after the finale game at The Lane.
As well as unrivalled archive access, fans will be able to return to their stand and watch clips from the final games at the Lane in 360 degrees, including the final lap of honour.
The Lane 360 is available now on desktop, tablet and smartphones.
