Legal recruiter selects No.1 Spinningfields for Manchester HQ
Legal sector recruitment business Douglas Scott is moving its headquarters to No.1 Spinningfields in Manchester.
The company confirmed plans to take up 5,435 sq ft on the 13th floor of the city centre scheme, which it said will provide a collaborative open-plan working environment for its 53 employees.
Manchester-based commercial property firm OBI Property completed the fit-out of the space.

Other businesses based at No.1 Spinningfields, the city’s tallest newbuild commercial property in 50 years, include law firm Weightmans, professional services giant PwC, private equity firm NorthEdge Capital and workspace provider WeWork.
