Procomm invests in new Wilton facility following Barclays backing
Wilton-based business Procomm Site Services Limited has secured further financial backing from Barclays for investment in a new indoor facility.
Established in 2002, Procomm Site Services provide accommodation facilities with national coverage from their four strategically placed depots.
The company offers a variety of options to suit customers’ needs from hiring from their rapidly expanding fleet of units to supplying quality bespoke modular and standalone units both new and used.
Bernie Cranny, Managing Director, Procomm Site Services, said: “Previous to this investment the business was at the mercy of the changing weather conditions and this would affect moral, productivity and occasionally quality.
“Now we are no longer weather dependant for the preparation of our ever expanding hire fleet. The new 2900sqm facility has reduced preparation times, increased quality levels and provided the workforce with a superb environment to work from.
“Barclays has been very supportive of the business and its growth needs over the years and by supporting the funding of this new facility, it shows that their support of Procomm remains strong. Dealing with the Barclays team is always a pleasure and they have genuine interest in the business.”
Procomm employs 104 staff locally and turnover for the year is expected to exceed £11.7 million.
Sally-Ann Cain, Barclays Relationship Director said: “We are delighted to be able to continue to support this highly experienced and advanced thinking business and look forward to continuing to work with them on their future growth plans, both locally and across their national operations.
“The range of markets for modular units are expanding and diversifying and we want to ensure that Procomm are able to respond to new opportunities.”
