Leading estate agency chooses Outside the Box for creative campaign
York headquartered Reeds Rains, one of the UK’s largest estate agents, has appointed creative marketing agency, Outside the Box (OTB) as its lead agency.
Leeds-based OTB won the contract following a three-way pitch to find a creative agency which could support Reeds Rains with the strategy, generation and delivery of quarterly awareness and acquisition campaigns to work across the client’s residential sales, letting and financial services divisions.
The first campaign has recently gone live across a multitude of activity including in-store point of sale, signage, press advertising and digital communications. All of the creative work is built around the concept of ‘The Reeds Rains Effect’ using an image of a human smile laid over selective Reeds Rains’ properties to convey the happy home effect which is created when customers use Reeds Rains’ various services.
Sam Holden, senior account manager at OTB, said: “It’s fantastic to be working in partnership with a brand new client with such a high profile. Having identified OTB from our strong online presence, we were extremely pleased to win the pitch; we are enjoying working as an extension to the Reeds Rains team and we hope it will be the start of a long term and constructive relationship.”
With an expanding network of branches across England, Wales and Northern Ireland, Reeds Rains has grown into one of the largest estate agents in the UK.
Stuart Giddens, brand manager for Reeds Rains, said: “We were impressed by OTB’s strong track record, with particular expertise in the housing sector. They proved able to rise to the challenge of our creative brief, demonstrating some innovative concepts which we believe will help to differentiate Reeds Rains.”
