Homebuyers swoop for Winsford scheme as first phase sells out
Housebuilder David Wilson Homes North West has sold all properties in the opening phase of its latest Cheshire development.
Charlotte Place, located on Townfields Road in Winsford, is now 46% sold.
The four-bedroom homes to be delivered in phase two of the scheme are available for purchase.
Steve Jackson, sales director at David Wilson North West, said of the milestone: “We were not surprised to have sold out our first phase at Charlotte Place.
“The development has been popular with growing families as the location is perfect for days out in the city as well as the countryside.”
David Wilson Homes is part of FTSE 100 construction business Barratt Developments PLC.
Barratt Group said it is currently Britain’s biggest housebuilder by volume, having sold 17,395 homes in the 12 months to June 2017.
