Customers win BIG at the Alhambra
Since 15th November, a local shopping centre has been treating late night shoppers as part of their annual Random Acts of Kindness campaign.
The Alhambra shopping centre in Barnsley has been paying for shoppers Christmas spending and has paid for £1,000 worth of festive goodies for Barnsley residents so far. Shopping has included products from the Perfume Shop, towards a games console from GAME, Primark and Wilko items and much, much more!
On Wednesday 7th December, Craig Kilner from Monk Bretton was shopping in GAME, when he was approached by the Alhambra management team who explained they would like to pay £200 towards his shopping.
Craig commented on the Alhambra’s Facebook page saying: “Very happy, thanks Alhambra – great start to the Christmas build up!”
Steph Higham, Alhambra Marketing Manager said: “Our Random Acts of Kindness Christmas campaign is a fantastic way to reward our customers, especially at this time of year when buying presents can be pretty stressful.
Craig along with many other winners were all over the moon, even if most of them thought it was a joke initially! It’s great to help out our loyal shoppers and to see people so appreciative.“
