First glimpse of exclusive Northumberland homes
An award winning Northumberland based developer has released images of a prestigious rural project in the Tyne Valley.
Countylife Homes’ Main Street - in the historic village of Newton, close to Corbridge - is a development of two meticulously designed five bedroomed detached houses, with over 3,800 square feet of living space and breath-taking views.
Each to be built on third of an acre plots, the exclusive homes have been expertly designed and will incorporate the very best natural materials – including stone and slate – to ensure that they blend seamlessly into the beautiful, rural village setting.
Internal layouts will combine spacious rooms, some with vaulted ceilings, providing well-proportioned and modern living spaces. As in all Countylife properties, both houses will be completed with only the very best fixtures, fittings and finishes.
Charlotte Woodcock, Sales and Marketing Manager, says: “This prestigious new development will again highlight how Countylife Homes continues to raise the bar in terms of design, style and workmanship. Delivering prime location, unrivalled specification and homes that offer the very best of country living – with all the benefits of a modern home – these outstanding and expansive properties offer a unique opportunity to buyers. Construction is already underway and completion is expected in late summer this year.”
As well as impressing regionally over the 18 years since it was established, Countylife Homes’ projects have also received national plaudits on a number of occasions.
The house builder’s recently completed Brunton Square, near Gosforth, has just been selected as one of the top three developments in the Premier Guarantee Small Development of the Year category.
A development of just nine unique executive homes in a countryside setting, it was chosen from over 70 sites reviewed across the UK and was also the only North East based project to be shortlisted, at the illustrious award ceremony - held at The Shard, in London.
This is the third time that Countylife has been recognised by Premier Guarantee. Its Castle Garth development, in Bamburgh, was a regional winner in the Conversion Project of the Year category in 2010, while the Seafield project at Seahouses was highly commended in 2013.
