GVA secures place on £90m public sector framework
Property consultancy GVA has secured a place on the Valuations lot within procurement services provider Fusion21’s national Consultants Framework.
The public sector procurement framework, worth around £90m over a four-year period, covers consultancy services in construction, property and the built environment.
It has 10 lots tailored to specific regions across the UK.
The recently added Valuations lot offers residential and commercial property valuations, in addition to planning, development and funding, compulsory purchase work, feasibility acquisition and disposal services.
Also added to the framework are lots for Heritage and Conservation and Principal Designer duties.
The director for valuation at London-headquartered GVA, Andrew Watson, said: “This framework gives us a fantastic opportunity to build on our already extensive public sector relationships, which account for 40% of all fees generated by GVA across the UK.
“As a national business, we are well placed to support Fusion21 members with their valuation requirements.”
Fusion21’s Consultants Framework offers access to a wealth of consultancy knowledge and expertise for it member base, which includes councils, NHS trusts, social landlords, education institutions and blue light organisations.
