Trattoria 51 offers guilt free dining this January
Trattoria 51 is set to cater for health-conscious diners this January with its variety of gluten and dairy-free options.
The traditional Italian eatery is offering alternatives to a number of its most popular dishes, with a range of vegetarian and vegan dishes as well as gluten-free bread and pasta.
As the UK’s first restaurant to partner with DS Gluten Free, 95% of menu items are available as a gluten-free alternative.
General Manager and Co-Owner of Trattoria 51 Toni Karemanaj said: “Everyone is welcome at Trattoria 51 which is why our diverse menu ensures that those who want to opt for a healthy or vegan dish can do so with ease. At this time of year in particular, we find that customers are eating more consciously whether it is for health or ethical reasons and our menu offers guilt-free alternatives to Italy’s most popular dishes.
“Those who require a gluten-free option need not miss out on authentic Italian flavours and diners will be spoilt for choice with our extensive range of starters, main courses and desserts. Our gluten-free pizza bases are an ever-popular option with customers and taste just as delicious as our regular dough pizza but it doesn’t stop there as our ever-expanding gluten-free food offerings are growing at such a rapid pace.”
Located in the heart of Liverpool City Centre on Old Hall Street, the venue prides itself on its excellent customer service alongside its authentic Italian home-cooking, with all staff trained extensively on allergens and different menu options available.
Toni added: “To keep our customers happy we are always reviewing and changing our menus in line with the latest culinary standards and consistently receive great feedback. To further expand our offering, we recently introduced organic vegetarian and vegan wines which can be aptly paired with our delicious dishes. We look forward to welcoming back familiar faces this January as well as greeting some new ones - Buon Appetito!”
