IT business undergoes expansion at North Yorkshire business park
Software Box, the IT reseller and services provider, is supporting its expansion plans by taking additional premises at a North Yorkshire business park.
The company, which employs 130 staff, has agreed leases on three units at Green Park Business Centre, Sutton-on-the-Forest, York.
Software Box already occupies three units at the business centre. The additional buildings will increase its warehousing facilities and provide extra office accommodation.
The commercial property team at York-based Langleys Solicitors advised the company on the 15-month lease deals.
Established more than 30 years ago, Software Box supplies IT software, hardware, services and training to public and private sector organisations across the UK.
Finance manager Paul Jenkins said: “Green Park has proved to be an ideal location for our business and the three new units will help support our growth.
’We plan to grow our sales and service delivery teams, increasing our headcount by 25 over the next three years.“
Emma Warner, partner in commercial property at Langleys Solicitors, added: “Software Box has an established presence at Green Park and we are pleased to support the company in its expansion at the business centre.”
