Commercial property agency CPP launches London office

Commercial Property Partners LLP (CPP) has announced the appointment of a new partner to head up its newly launched office in London.

Richard Wright has joined CPP following five years as a partner at Strutt & Parker (now BNP Paribas).

He brings with him a wealth of knowledge of National Capital Markets, and over a decade’s experience as a commercial investment agent.

Wright’s appointment further bolsters the CPP team, which is headquartered in Sheffield and has further offices in Chesterfield and Nottingham.

Wright specialises in the acquisition, development and disposal of commercial property on behalf of a variety of private high-net-worth individuals to blue-chip plc corporates, funds, property companies and developers.

Wright commented: “CPP has established a strong reputation for its commercial property expertise since it was established in 2013.

“I am excited to be joining the forward thinking and ambition team at this pivotal time for its growth time, and to head up the CPP London office.”

Roger Haworth, co-founding Partner at CPP, commented: “The launch of our London office is a direct response to growing demand from existing and new clients for our services in the South East, and I am delighted to announce the appointment of Richard Wright to head up CPP’s new London office.

“Wright’s expertise and experience will be key to the successful launch of our London presence. We are looking forward to welcoming him on board, and continuing the development and success of CPP.”
