The Chimp Paradox author to headline ISE Recruitment Conference 2018
Professor Steve Peters, consultant psychiatrist and author of the best selling The Chimp Paradox, will headline the Institute of Student Employers (ISE) Recruitment Conference 2018.
The annual ISE Recruitment Conference and Awards is a two-day event taking place at Celtic Manor Resort in Wales on 9 and 10 July 2018.
Professor Peters session entitled “optimising performance in graduates through emotional skill development” will cover the functioning of the mind and the rules by which it operates. He will explain what emotional skills are as well as how they can be acquired and used to optimise performance both professionally and personally.
This flagship event for early talent professionals will also celebrate the ISE’s 50th anniversary. As well as plenary sessions by industry experts, the conference offers breakout seminars and opportunities to network. The event will conclude with a gala awards dinner.
