Leeds online fitness retailer to create 20 new jobs following growth in export sales
A Leeds-based online fitness retailer is set to create 20 new jobs after seeing significant growth in its key export markets in the USA and Australia.
Roar Ambition is recruiting the new jobs in its new Leeds headquarters to support the continued expansion.
The company offers a range of fitness products, including sports supplements that help people get the best from their workouts.
Roar Ambition, founded by entrepreneur Robert Parker in 2012, is at the forefront of developing all-natural products for gym and fitness enthusiasts and amateur and professional athletes.
All UK products are formulated and manufactured in Yorkshire. The company is also increasing production in the USA to meet growing demand. Almost two-thirds of Roar Ambition’s products sold to the US market.
Robert Parker, founder and managing director of Roar Ambition, said: “Our brand is built on high performance and we’ve built a working culture that reflects it. We free our team members to be entrepreneurial.
“They pursue great ideas both in and outside work. I firmly believe that globally successful online businesses are built with motivated and creative people, and we work hard to create an environment that attracts and nurtures talent.”
The company is looking for new recruits with digital skills spanning from copywriters, content marketers, developers and SEO specialists.
