Pegasus Group appoints property director to head new client service
Pegasus Group, a leading independent multidisciplinary consultancy specialising in planning, design, environment and economics is delighted to announce the provision of a new service. As part of a growth strategy, Pegasus Group has added a property and acquisition service led by new Director, Simon Tarr.
The new service will enable Pegasus Group to offer a complete integrated solution to existing clients, with the provision of expertise across the whole development lifecycle including site identification & acquisition, asset & estate management, due diligence and valuation.
Simon and his team will initially focus on the renewable energy and telecommunications sectors, with growth into additional sectors planned for the future.
Simon started his career as a general practice surveyor within commercial property and licensed leisure and then moved into the telecommunications sector, spending more than seven years working in various acquisition and asset management roles. Since 2006, Simon has worked for private development companies within the renewable energy industry, focussing on the management of the entire pre-build development process, from site identification through to landowner negotiation and the securing of development consents.
