London tech lifestyle platform Ten secures new contract with Visa International
Ten Lifestyle Group plc, a technology-enabled lifestyle and travel platform, has won a new contract with Visa International to provide concierge services to its high and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
These services will be part of the Visa Infinite and Visa Signature affluent card concierge programmes.
The contract will be rolled out in Central Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with the transitioning process having already commenced.
Ten, which is headquartered in London, will provide members with a digitally-enabled, premium travel and lifestyle concierge service, including access to new offers, benefits, and localised events among other services.
The service will be available in English, Russian, French, and Arabic, driven by Ten’s technology platform, with employees based across Ten’s 20 locations globally to cater to the needs of Visa customers.
