CRL strengthens its board with appointment of new Non-Executive Director

Former NHBC Finance Director, Richard Tamayo, joins construction insurance specialist as Non-Executive Director.

Construction insurance specialist, CRL, is taking steps to bolster its Board of Directors with the appointment of independent Non-Executive Director, Richard Tamayo, who joins the board with immediate effect.

Tamayo brings over 20 years’ experience in the construction and insurance industries to his role at CRL, with a great reputation for leading and shaping corporate strategy. Prior to joining CRL, Tamayo held multiple Finance Director roles at a number of major companies, including the National House-Building Council (NHBC).

It arranges structural defects insurance for the end customer, both direct or via their preferred intermediary. CRL works across a varied and complex range of builds, from large scale developments to diverse projects including timber frame constructions, prefabricated properties, mixed-use projects, conversions and insolvent properties.
