BCL Legal ranked 35 in the Sunday Times’ Small Best Companies to Work For List

National legal recruitment consultancy BCL Legal is celebrating after once again being named as one of the best small companies to work for by The Sunday Times. The company was placed 35 in the national list.

This is the third year BCL Legal has been ranked. In 2016 it was number 65 and last year it climbed nine places to number 56. The firm has also been awarded a three-star accreditation.

The Small Best Companies to Work For category is for businesses with 50 to 250 employees. The results were announced at an awards ceremony in London.

Research data showed that:

~ 100% of staff agreed ’my manager cares about me as an individual ’

~ 96% of staff agreed ‘I feel a strong sense of family in my team’

~ 98% of staff agreed ‘senior managers truly live the values of this organisation’

James Batt, CEO of BCL Legal, commented: “It is always fantastic to appear on this list, but we are really proud that we have continually ranked higher year on year. We see being included as an opportunity to learn as we analyse the findings and identify the areas where we need to make improvements.
