Wilmington plc has appointed Martin Morgan as chairman to the Board with effect from May 1, 2018.
The company is a London-headquartered provider of information, education and networking services in compliance, professional and healthcare knowledge areas.
Martin will succeed Mark Asplin who informed the Board of his intention to retire as chairman and step down from the Board during 2018.

He was also a director of Euromoney Institutional Investor plc between 2008 - 2016.
