Maxweb Partners with Property Agent to Create Revolutionary App

Maxweb has struck up a prolific contract with Ghost Software Ltd. to create a bespoke app that promises to revolutionise the property sector.

The Merseyside based digital agency has worked alongside the residential property service company to build a unique management tool designed to streamline traditional administration processes.

The innovative app, designed with letting agents, landlords and rental property owners in mind, allows property businesses, individuals and landlords to create a quick and easy inventory for their properties.

Director of Maxweb Mark Ainsworth said: “We are delighted that we’ve had the opportunity to work so closely with local company Ghost Software to create something truly innovative for both the property sector and the technology sector alike. The app will boast a number of key functions that will make the administration processes involved when renting a property easier for all parties involved including tenants, landlords and estate agents, and Ghost Software is thrilled to be the first to pioneer its functions. The app allows the user to create a full inventory of any property before tenants move in and complete periodic inspections easily by having the move in data to hand ahead of check outs.

“Ghost Software’s primary business offering is undertaking property inventories and inspections but now they have the means to provide other companies with the technology to do the job. The app that our team has developed will enable our client to expand its services, making inventories more detailed and faster whilst remaining cost effective. With a five-figure budget we were able to plan, develop and launch the app over the course of 12 months with Ghost Software’s business objectives acting as the driving force behind the entire project.”

Maxweb’s dedicated team are skilled at bringing ideas to life, specialising in bespoke app and website creation which utilises user experience for a seamless customer journey. Previous projects have seen the team work with a multitude of national companies including Unison (Trade Union), whereby Maxweb developed a custom app to enhance internal communication within the business.

Director of Maxweb Liam Bailey said: “We are always looking to stay one step ahead of the competition and technology is a great way to move a business forward which is exactly what we intend to do when it comes to our clients. The number of people renting in the UK is currently at the highest it has ever been, with the letting industry worth an estimated £50billion so it is crucial that the sector keeps up with the latest software and technology trends to optimise business. This is where our expertise of app development comes in and this project has had great feedback from our client and its customers. We are sure that this be the start of a national move towards app-led software within the property sector and we are excited to be a part of it!”
