Ten Lifestyle Group lands concierge deal with US bank
Ten Lifestyle Group plc has secured a new contract with a bank in California.
The London-headquartered firm, which provides a tech-led lifestyle and travel platform for the world’s wealthy and mass affluent, said the agreement is with one of America’s premier private and business banks.
The contract is forecast to deliver a revenue boost of between £250k and £2m.
Ten Lifestyle Group will provide the bank’s high and ultra-high-net-worth clients with concierge services that include access to offers, benefits and localised events, along with access to its digital platform and other services.
The company landed the contract in a competitive tender that saw it replace the bank’s existing concierge services provider.
Malcolm Berry, president for the Americas at Ten Lifestyle Group plc, said: “We are thrilled to have been chosen as a key partner here in the United States of America and are excited to be providing this major player with Ten’s digital platform to give members the most relevant personalised information, through their preferred channel and with the ability to transact digitally, too.”
