£1,000 on offer to help with a spring spruce up
Despite the current cold spell, RGB Building Supplies is looking forward to the warmer weather by asking community groups, charities and schools to get in contact and tell it about spring projects as part of its Well Built Community Fund giveaway.
On offer is £1,000 to spend on building materials at an RGB branch to help a group possibly transform an outdoor area, or maybe give a community centre a spring spruce up; whatever the need, RGB would like to hear about it.
From all the nominations received, three will be chosen to go through to vote where the public will be asked to decide who will receive the donation.
Kevin Fenlon, CEO at RGB Building Supplies, commented: “Spring is synonymous with making a fresh start, so we want to hear from groups that need materials to maybe create something new, complete a transformation, or help give a space a ‘spring clean’ for the benefit of their community. We’re always surprised by the number of fantastic groups that make contact as part of our Well Built Community Fund and we’re certain this will be no different.”
Groups can apply by explaining how receiving £1,000 worth of building materials would be of benefit to them. Nominations can be made by email to RGB@pmwcom.co.uk or by post to RGB Community Fund, c/o PMW Communications, PO Box 167, Bideford, Devon, EX39 9DU. The closing date for nominations is Sunday 4th March.
