Board changes at Knight Frank herald ‘next phase of growth’
Estate agency Knight Frank has appointed a raft of new members to its commercial board.
From April 1 2018, the newcomers will work alongside head of commercial elect Stephen Clifton as he drives the vision and strategic direction of the London-headquartered firm’s commercial arm.
William Beardmore-Gray has joined the board as head of central London offices, Richard Claxton as head of UK capital markets and Alastair Graham-Campbell as head of UK cities.
The other new board appointments are Tim Robinson (head of consultancy) and Julian Stocks (partner).
Existing members Alistair Elliott, Knight Frank’s senior partner and group chairman, and group finance director John Diggins will remain on the board.
Head of commercial elect Stephen Clifton said: “At Knight Frank, our unique partnership culture is one of our clear USPs. Our people are at the heart of everything we do.
“We strive to ensure that every client has a positive experience of our business, centred on long-term personal relationships with our great people.”
He continued: “The commercial board and I are really excited by the prospect of working together with our collaborative, market-leading teams to drive the business through its next phase of growth, establishing how best to maintain our culture, to attract and retain the very best talent and to consistently provide a best-in-class service to our clients.”
