Middlesbrough's Firstsource Solutions announces new recruitment drive for over 200 jobs

Firstsource Solutions has announced that its award-winning Middlesbrough financial customer services centre on Grange Road is currently recruiting for new team members.

The centre - which took home gold in the Contact Centre of the Year category at the North East Contact Centre Awards this month - is looking to take on an additional 200 members of staff by the end of 2018.

This is to meet increased demand for a financial services client.

A range of different roles will be available, including customer service advisors, team leaders and business support roles.

Speaking about the new roles, Johnny Auton, general manager, said: “2017 was a great year for the Middlesbrough team and together we have created a real centre of excellence for our financial services clients.

“Due to growth with new and existing clients, we are recruiting for a significant number of roles in the coming months and I’m looking forward to welcoming new people to our team during 2018 and beyond.’’
