Sovereign House in Leeds city centre set to be managed by LSH
Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), the national commercial property consultancy, has been appointed by Hillview Real Estate to manage Sovereign House in Leeds city centre.
Hillview Real Estate, the real estate division of The Hillview Group, acquired the 36,291 sq ft office building from APAM in February 2018, on behalf of Hillview Partners Property Fund.
Sovereign House is currently let to Sports Cafe, wealth management firm MacIntosh James & Partners and recruitment company Hays.
LSH’s instruction includes property management, facilities management, service charge administration and tenant liaison.
Davina Blandford, associate director in the property and asset management team at LSH’s Leeds office, commented: “Sovereign House is a trophy instruction for LSH and we are confident that, through our strategic property management, we will significantly enhance its overall value.”
Nadav Livni, managing director of The Hillview Group, added: “We look forward to working with LSH to deliver our long-term vision for what is the latest addition to Hillview Partners Property Fund’s expanding portfolio of well-located regional offices, offering significant asset management initiatives to add value.”
