Recruiter Norman Broadbent plc to reap £300k annual savings with London HQ move

Talent acquisition and advisory services firm Norman Broadbent plc has relocated its London headquarters.

The company signed a lease for space at Portland House, a 300,000 sq ft office building at St Ann’s Terrace in central London.

Norman Broadbent will move into a 5,335 sq ft at the development in May.

CEO Mike Brennan said the move is part of the “ongoing reinvention” of Norman Broadbent Group.

Discussing the move, he explained: “Our broader, more integrated service proposition is landing well with clients, the business is competitive, and culturally we are more innovative and collegiate.

“Our move […] enables us to operate out of a brand-enhancing, more modern and efficient, purpose built office.”

He added: “Our new offices very much reflect the ‘new’ Norman Broadbent Group. The central London location works well for clients – many of whom interview candidates in our offices – as well as candidates and colleagues.”

Group CFO Will Gerrand said of the relocation: “This is a significant move for the Company as not only will it generate annualised cost savings of over £300k starting from mid-year 2018, but also provides additional capacity to grow.”
