Grosvenor Services Group expands growing team with two recruits
Sheffield-based Grosvenor Services Group has announced two new appointments to its team following a period of sustained growth.
Russell Brewin has been brought on board as head of field operations, whilst Keigley Griffiths has been appointed as a new account manager.
With 21 years’ experience at NPower, where he was responsible for field operations, debt collection and revenue protection, Russell will be filling a critical role at Grosvenor. He will be responsible for ensuring effective field operations, as well as driving quality and productivity to exceed operational goals.
Keigley, meanwhile, joins the team from Ascent Performance Group Ltd, where she spent six years as client support manager. She will manage day-to-day relationships with the company’s current client roster, as a dedicated point of contact.
Grosvenor, which specialises in field-based debt collection within the utilities sector, forms part of specialist outsourcing business Echo Managed Services. The company has seen a number of new client wins in recent months, as well as a brand new office location in Sheffield to support this growth.
Monica Mackintosh, customer services director at Echo Managed Services, said: “These new hires are just one part of Grosvenor’s continued growth trajectory and it’s a really exciting period for the company. They join a team which is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients through a tried and tested customer-centric approach. This proficiency in field-based debt collection is a fantastic complement to Echo’s comprehensive multi-site contact centre resource and office based collections expertise and we’re very much looking forward to the exciting growth that lies ahead.”
