CBRE Leeds reports ‘another record’ financial year with a raft of new promotions
The Leeds office of CBRE has announced four promotions following its sixth year of continued growth with a record 2017 turnover, up 4% on last year with EBITDA also rising almost 25% on last year to another record level.
CBRE’s Leeds office has the largest Property Management, Building Consultancy and Valuation divisions across its Leeds competitor base.
Michael Greenbank has been promoted to director of asset services, Paul England has been promoted to senior surveyor within the building consultancy team.
CBRE Leeds also reports two successes in the Leeds Operations Team. Maxine Grayshon has been promoted to associate director and Caroline Bell to surveyor grade.
