Recruitment firm creates 100 jobs for Newcastle with new office move
Frank Recruitment Group has officially launched its new headquarters at the St Nicholas Building - opposite the historic Black Gate in the heart of Newcastle.
The recruitment firm has also created hundreds of sales-based jobs across the majority of its office locations, continuing to expand its growth and presence across domestic and overseas markets.
In Newcastle alone, 100 new positions have been created, aimed at recent graduates, sales and customer service people from other industries, and European language speakers.
Frank Recruitment Group hopes to appoint these new hires into the company within the next two months.
In 2017, the 19,000 ft leased by Frank Recruitment Group was the second largest office letting of the year. The company now has space to house 460 employees making it one of the largest employers in Newcastle.
Previously, the company was split between three different sites, but now has sales and support functions operating under one roof.
James McDonagh, director of EMEA, said: “Bringing all of the teams into St Nicholas Building is already producing immediate gains.
“Having legal, IT, HR, marketing and the sales team under one roof means communication is far simpler, and we’re working more efficiently and effectively face-to-face compared to over email.
“The feedback from everyone has been fantastic so far, everyone is happy with the new facilities, they’ve all got smiles on their faces, and we’re helping to get great candidates into great jobs.”
