Fitness company launches new digital workout service
A fitness company based in Yorkshire has launched a new online workout aimed at experienced gym goers.
The Boss Workouts brand combines the knowledge of sports scientists and personal trainers to create exercise programmes.
The digital service is back by Leeds-based Roar Ambition and combines fitness programmes through mobile video content and diet plans.
The workouts are designed by Lee Bell, an expert in sports science, biomechanics, and physiology. Mr Bell also has a Masters in Sports Science.
In addition, Boss Workouts has teamed up with Jason Sani, Niki Zager, and Darrin Robinson from the USA and Canada.
The brand has launched Boss Lean Mass as one of its first workout programmes. It is designed for anyone who wants to build solid muscle while keeping fat gain to a minimum.
Additional workouts will offer a different aspect to training for various goals and individual needs.
The Boss Shred focuses on losing weight, improving health, and sculpting an athletic physique. Boss Shape and Burn aim to build solid curves for women. A series for older gentlemen - Boss Prime is designed to recharge energy levels, and strength among other numerous health benefits.
Lee Bell said: “Boss Workouts is the real deal. You need to join a gym or have a well-equipped home gym.
“The videos will guide people through weight training and dietary advice, which is accessed on a mobile, tablet or laptop, so it’s like your trainer is right there with you.”
Boss Workouts is a premium video workout brand, aimed at people who have some experience working out but are wanting to accelerate their muscle mass or fat loss results.
Lee concluded: “This is a unique collaboration between experienced sports scientists and leading personal trainers. We take a science-led approach to improving nutrition and performance with tried and tested methods that work.
“Boss Workouts is the fitness partner for people who want to structure their programmes to get the best results in the minimum amount of time.”
Each of the programs provides 12 – 15 videos, a step by step ebook explaining the workout, plus in-depth 12-week nutrition plan and is priced at £65.
