Barristers firm Exchange Chambers posts record £30.8m turnover
Barristers firm Exchange Chambers has announced a record turnover of £30.8m.
The figure, generated over the 2017/18 financial year, represents a 7.3% increase on last year’s £28.7m.
Exchange Chambers has offices in Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds.
Tom Handley, the firm’s chief exec, said: “It is encouraging to report that Chambers has enjoyed such a strong financial year.
“All our departments and practice areas have played their part and Manchester is now our largest chambers.”
He continued: “Our financial results reflect the quality of our people and the strength of our client base. We now have an even stronger platform on which to build.”
Speaking further, Tom said the company’s strategy moving forward will be to increase its presence and market share on the Northern and North Eastern circuits, adding: “We will continue to build long-lasting partnerships with solicitors and clients with whom we share values.”
