Manchester Start-Up Launches Online Recruitment Platform
Manchester based IT recruitment startup, ON:iT Recruitment have launched an innovative new virtual meeting room facility, ON:LiNE.
ON:LiNE is a video conferencing tool that enables the firm, and its’ clients to interview and record candidates digitally, removing time consuming stages from the recruitment process.
Online interviews give employers an advantage in the recruitment market; allowing introductory questions to be asked and recorded online instead of in person, ensuring that only the best candidates make it through to the final stages.
Having experienced impressive double-digit growth since their establishment in November 2016, and recently relocated to new offices in No1 Spinningfields to accommodate their expansion, ON:iT Recruitment are now investing in making recruitment quicker and more cost-effective for clients.
Managing Director, Richard Young, adds: “As IT recruiters, it only seems sensible that we should be embracing technology ourselves. By investing in the right places we’re giving ourselves an edge in the market and ultimately adding value to clients.”
“Every minute counts when recruiting for IT jobs – especially contract roles,” says Chris Bailey, Sales Director.
“We are acutely aware of the pressures our clients face, some of whom have a long list of roles to recruit for at any one time. We launched ON:LiNE to reduce the burden of interviews for our clients, and it’s had great feedback so far.”
